back

The total number of adverse CCJ’s has risen year-on-year for the past six years. According to the latest figures released by Registry Trust, 321,044 County Court judgements were registered against consumers in England and Wales within the first quarter of 2019 - a rise of five percent in the same quarter of 2018.
