We are finalising our process for requests to extend existing Payment Holidays and other approved forbearance plans linked to the outbreak of Covid-19. If your normal monthly payments are set to resume on or before 15th June, we will manage your inquiry as a priority otherwise, please bear with us.

We will shortly issue a letter to customers whose normal monthly payments are to resume at the end of June or beginning of July. This will include guidance for customers who are concerned about their ability to restart their normal monthly payments. You should contact us immediately if you believe you are unable to afford your normal monthly mortgage payment.

If you feel that you would benefit from legal, financial or monetary advice on your mortgage or loan, you should consider speaking with either the Money Advice Service, StepChange; Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB); or an entity authorised to provide financial advice.
